Can anyone remebr what was it, i remember we got to te final of it one year when i was a nipper, and i thought Preki and Robert Wazheika were the best things since sliced bread!

But what the hell was that tournament and what was the point?

But off the top of my head I believe it was a competition developed to compensate for the lack of European Football. Same as the Screen Sport Cup too.

The Zenith Data Systems Cup started off as the Full Members Cup and I think the first final was Blackburn 5-4 Charlton, (could be wrong). It then became the Simod Cup and then the Zenith Data Systems Cup.

My memories of that cup are battering palace at wembley in the final then Ian wright scores a hat trick in extra time.
