lose = not win

loose = not tight

there is nothing worse than a mis-spelled (sp) word than one cavorting as a proper word.

Next thing you'll be telling me constanifibrellium isn't a real word. Pfft!

*edit I spelt it wrong, I spelt it constantifibrellium

Lost = Past tense and past participle of lose.

(Yes, sort it out).

As one who knows ... Loose = Not fastened, restrained, or contained, not taut, fixed, or rigid: a loose anchor line; a loose chair leg; unfettered: criminals loose in the neighborhood; dogs that are loose on the streets.

Lacking a sense of restraint or responsibility; idle: loose talk.

Lacking conventional moral restraint in sexual behavior.

Not literal or exact: a loose translation.

Characterized by a free movement of fluids in the body: a loose cough; loose bowels, and so on, and so forth .... :lol:
