some robbing f..ckers yesterday morning broke in to my garage and all but cleaned me out of my fishing gear and tackle,t..ts,police came and said there was more than one and they all had gloves on!they only took fishing tackle and even selectivly took the more valuble items.iam insured but thats not the piont as there was more valuable stuff in the garage it looks like some one has seen me go in and out with my stuff and taken only that which has put the fear of god in my wife,i hope they all die a slow nasty death!!!!

Sorry to hear that mate I know how you feel, years ago we left our house empty because of my nans illness with both the wife and I being nurses it was a no brainer who would look after her although I went to check our house nearly every day and the neighbours keeping a eye on went home one day and the place was a mess human excrement on the floor and also smeared on the walls and we were not insured. It was not the expensive things stolen that was the worse it was irreplaceable mementos,of our wedding and the wifes mother had died the previous year so little mementos of her also went.It really didn't help to discover we knew the two teenagers that had done it.We could never settle when we went out after that and sold up and moved within a year and for causing all the stress and heartache .the poor lads got probation we got an apology of one of the mothers justice I think not:@

this is our third time weve been burgled im from l6 origanly moved for the same reason but whats the point???

My mate wa burgurled twice in 2 weeks, but its been the strangest robberies ever. The robbers climbed through a window to a free house (they where on holiday) and instead of taking the computer, 32in TV, jewllery etc...all they stole was my mates big jar of pennies and pounds, coming up to a total of £20 or something, his leeds ticket was right next to it aswell!! They couldve sold it for alot of money....

...Them idiots.

We have been done twice in different houses so you have a point ,but its that feeling you get in your guts every time you been away and come home and put the key in the lock thinking please not again.the wife could not hack it.when we first moved here to our bungalow I thought she would never settle her logic was there is no upstairs so if it happens there will be a confrontation, but now after 4 years she seems settled but last year next door but one got done and unsettled her again.the court seems to only think of the financial side when the mental side is far worse.

ive had it already the "lets move" conversation to be honest im trying to be little the theft so as to remain at so sort of normality, but the wife is off work at the moment and she was in the house at the time witch didnt help so i know what your saying .

I got burgled 3 weeks after I bought my first house last year. Is a [Poor language removed] horrible feeling I tell you.

Unfortunately they onlt got away with my 38" LCD and £80 cash. Upstairs I had a [Poor language removed] load of stuff but thankfully they didnt venture that far.

[Poor language removed] thing is it was 4.30 in the afternoon- I got in at 4.55. Just missed the bastards.

im armed to the [Poor language removed] teeth in my house, its a brave brave burglar that lets me catch him or better yet a few of them, in this killzone.

I really can't argue with that. Some may argue, but hey, crime is [Poor language removed], and so should the justice be.

Good old army tradition is to smash/break the fingers of those that steal(apparently, cough). It does not happen twice. Prison grants human rights for those that take the rights off others. Personal justice to someone that violates my privacy is more effective than a slap on the wrist by a bloke in a wig.

I may upset some people with my views, but I am sure I will get over it.

That's what I'm talking about.

Here in Texas, if you plan on burglarizing someone's home, there's a very high likelihood that you'll be shot in the process.

A lovely deterrent I might add.

Over here Bill the law would prefer you to leave the door open incase they hurt theselves breaking in:@my mate got home as burglars where leaving so he hit one of them with a hammer he kept by the door and broke three of the guys fingers in court the burglar was given a conditional discharge and my mate got fined £50 for assault now this was in the 70s so it was a lot of cash ,we had a collection at work and paid it for him but the law stinks,IF I got any sort of record except driving offences then I would have been forced to resign or be dismissed even if it was justified.

I was" Advised"not to take the law in to my own hands as if prosecuted I would lose my job:@

doesnt have to be you that does it though. couple of hundred quid in the right place will see both on crutches. me personally, id ask for both [Poor language removed] to have both eyebrows smashed in - it means in future, any fighting on their parts should see them bleeding and blinded by the blood quite quickly.

and if a man cant see, a man cant fight.
