usually in Chester at lunchtime when I'm trying to be in two places at once. They stop dead in front of you to admire a black and white bit of history stuck on a wall.
Have to say they're usually our American cousins on a whistle stop 'let's do Europe in three days' tour taking in Shakespear country, Chester, York and Edinboro in a day!
They're got some stamina!
