Not sure I understand.
If it's showing as as a rectangular strip of code rather than a normal square 'qr' code, that's as it should be.

Ye about 1inch by 4in black and white strip,nothing else on the page..I assumed it would be a qr code with artwork..It is 2 pages the first is like a normal ticket then you click on show code...Does that sound right.
