Ale House cretin, you used to manage one. My little life has just been made that bit better when the old Ale House was back, none of this [Poor language removed] ponced up crap some of you kids go in for, we are in the main scousers therefore we drink in an Ale House.

Don't know the history of the forum, but I have to say, Ale House does it for me. Needs no other explanation, and sounds better than "Peoples Pub", a monikor which has been done to death imho.

People's Pub sounds like something a politician would come up with. My internal voice turns to Micheal Howard when I read it so I imagine it as "Peepil's Pub".

So Ale House it is. Although I'd prefer "The Kebab and Calculator" a la Young Ones
