The problem is the law says one thing and now the technology gives them the ability to define it to a level that was never intended. I agree its farcical, but then again so was that penalty.

I stopped buying the PL...rarely watch anything but highlights. VAR is awful, but Everton have really killed it for me...they are such a disappointing, gutless outfit.
