Are you thread banned from the actual Frank Lampard thread or sommat?I think we've played 'better' than last season but so we should with a near new starting 11.
The question will ultimately be over the course of the season can Lampard get points on the board that other attainable managers couldn't? If not then the fans will inevitably turn when the excuses of "he aint been backed" "the teams awful" "he ain't got a striker" can no longer be trotted oot by his cult following.
I sincerly hope he takes us forward, the club need some stability but from what I've seen in his 23 league games in charge so far I aint holding my breath.

Havertz?Under Howe tonight was the first time Newcastle have conceded in added time, and have only conceded one goal in the 90th minute which was to Man City last season.
Erling Haaland is a good footballer
I'm just not seeing it Prev I've gotta be honest. I think we've dodged a massive bullet and glad we stuck with Rondon as our top tier squad option.
Bookmarked for the end of the season.Erling Haaland is a good footballer
Wild take, chill out manErling Haaland is a good footballer
He'd be working as a roofer and hoping to get back into the game via Sunday leagueThing is, you just know if he came here as a kid when we reportedly wanted him, he would be nowhere near this good now.
Playing in a farmer's league. Bet he couldn't hack it in Liberec on a Tuesday night.Erling Haaland is a good footballer
Do they also keep time with a sundial?Has anyone posted up what happened with Eddie Howe? Supposedly he went in to find out why VAR disallowed their goal, he was told that those overseeing VAR in that game couldn't make a decision going by the line so they went by the players shadows! lol
