The game at the Pit ends and they believe they are champions only for Yaya Toure to do an Aguero in the 94th minute, cue bedlam at the Etihad and tears at the Pit. Meanwhile on Humberside the Blues cruise to a last day 4-0 win at a second string Hull with Lukaku signing off with a hat trick
