Middlesbrough 0-2 Man Utd (1245 BST)
LATER FIXTURES:
(1500 BST)
Chelsea v Fulham
Man City v Blackburn
Portsmouth v Arsenal
Stoke v West Ham
Tottenham v West Brom
Wigan v Bolton

6 points United's lead over the other lot.

It's been cruel the way United gave them hope to let them back in it, only to pull away again as every class side does.

Tough sh1t Kopites. Maybe next year eh? <sniggers> (y)

Makes it oh so sweeter

Deffo. They've spent a lifetime poking fun at us complaining over refs decisions. Now all they have to show for this season is a list of refs who've "done them out of the title". Halsey will be added to Webb, Riley, Bennett etc etc.............the team benefitting from eight - I repeat, EIGHT - sendings off this season.

:lol::lol:

West ham, Spurs and Man. City all won.

But remember we still have to play 2 of them and city and spurs have to play each other.

West ham and spurs also have to play Liverpool and city have the manchester derby.

Fulham lost to chelsea, wigan and bolton 0-0 and arsenal beat portsmouth.

Tranmere drew 1-1, just missing out on the play offs.

Exeter promoted, Northampton relegated (i think)

Beating City should just about see you over the finish line mate.

I dont see Liverpool challenging as hard next season. They've made it plain they'll have to sell players and rebuild. I can see Alonso finally getting off; Benayoun having had his one good season; Carragher being kept in there and just getting slower and slower; Gerrard and Torres continuing to shoulder the burden with the injuries that'll bring. In other words, it's all good. (y) I wouldn't rule out us challenging them for that 4th spot if Moyes is finally backed with decent cash.

Aint the crackhead Yossi signed another contract?

I hope we win that effing FA Cup. Just to add to the RS misery of a trophyless season again ahahaha.

it may sound crazy, but i honestly think we'll be champions again before rs - this should, of course, occur 2010/11 season!
