They'l have to re-do the draw for the qualifying games for the 2012 tournament though

Withdrew from this years tournament after the attack on their bus. And were banned from the next two tournaments as punishment

Too little too late. Togo ought to seek entry to another set of 'qualifiers' and explain to the AFA that their stupidity and calousness has caused such action, and that a climb down now is insult to murderous injury.
