After today's abysmal performance from Gerry and bolases's masterclass of letting the ball hit his heel everytime the ball is played up to him, barkley and mirallas's complete loss of form and in ross's case mental fragility, the haters on here are in for a long season because this very limited player is playing to his standard which is more that can be said for the other 4 mentioned who get a free ride.

Spot on mate - but the usuals need to moan, if a choice between a last min cleverly winner or a balloon over which one would they want. Sad but underlines several posters.

The lad is very limited , i would rather see tom davis or another youngster get a game but until the our game changers get their heads out their butts he will get picked. Don't belive he deserves slaughtering tonight after just witnessing gerry and yaniks performances.

..I agree that we will have better going forward but in the meantime RK clearly feels he's worthy of a place. That probably says more about the players left out than Cleverley because he's ahead of them.

....the lack of players generally I suspect. I'm sure RK has now got a real feel for the players he has and there are a number he's rotating because none of them exactly fits the bill. Barkley, Cleverly or Deulofeu don't appear to have convinced the manager they deserve a starting place.
