If thats a penalty shoot out rather than a one off during a game i don't think that should count.

I always believed that once the ball stops travelling forward towards the goal then it becomes dead. That ball came back towards the taker and spun back in so if i'm right it shouldn't stand.

Ball wasn't dead and was still moving, Goalies fault for being too eager to take the plaudits. By what your saying, if it hits the bar then bounces down outside of being a goal and then bounces in, then it should be disallowed.

Or even if it then goes in off the back of the goalie.
