Shaqiri at Stoke was reported on twitter first. Every fan has a camera in their pocket. Someone would have taken a picture.
 
Maybe he only flew in today (after being told he wasn't in Inter's squad last night) and he's speaking to Stoke first as they have agreed a fee but we are still discussing loan terms. He may be coming to speak to us tomorrow.

They have agreed a fee but we want to pay 18 pence a week for 564 years
