Just in case anyone had missed it, the 1st trailer for the new movie was aired during the Super Bowl.

A longer one's due out on Friday the 13th.

you're joking right??? i'm sorry but that was one of the worst movies i've ever seen. i'll admit he acted the part okay, but i still thought it was terrible.

Reckon he fits in well with the main human characters from the old cartoon series - Needs someone young, average build and able to handle a mix of action and comic relief.

Was always going to be someone like him or Frankie Muniz (Malcolm in the Middle) - I'm just glad they didn't go with one of the shits from High School Musical or off of Nickelodeon/Disney Channel - or Haley Joel Osmond.

Only downside to LeBeouf is that he's been the 'go to' guy for the last couple of years and has kind of saturated the industry with himself a bit too much for my liking.

No not joking. I must have been in the mood for it. I liked the plot. Most of my mates liked it too. Not to far fetched that made the plot believable. Kind of reminded me of a old Will Smith movie I liked.

enemy of the state? i liked that one too, but i thought eagle eye was a bit ridiculous like. if the computer could take control of the car, why didn't it do that from the get-go instead of ordering the girl to drive faster etc? if the computer was so bold as to change traffic lights and trains, and obviously didn't care about subtlety, first off why didn't it just call off the cop cars during the chase scenes (send a digital command to the station to call it off), and if it was going to be that blatant, surely it could have thought of a less circuitious way to accomplish its goal (don't wanna give it away). also, that movie probably had the most shameless product placement of any i've ever seen.

it might have been i was just in too sour of a mood to suspend my disbelief, but i thought it was absolutely terrible, there was more stuff i hated about it but i can't really remember now.
