Went away to Holland in May, and got delayed on the train meaning missing my flight back i the morning and thus being forced to buy a seat on a later flight to the tune of a very large number. My insurance kicks in if I can prove I was delayed. Do any of you know where I can get proof of the delay so I can get a claim into the insurer?
