I'll get round to watching the film like but looking for a series to watch.

I thought the film was very good to be fair, although the earlier points from above have some merit.

It's not Snatch, mind, but then again what is?

Shogun is absolutely amazing. Better then the 80's version and massively does the incredible book justice. Ite the first show that I've seen in a really long time that's got me totally hooked.

I have to say…I thought I was bored with Star Wars and Jedi action, but this has piqued my interest quite a bit. Looking forward to the show.

Started The Gentlemen, it’s ok.

He’s never going to get close to the level of snatch again though is he. Too many cheesy characters and average dialogue nowadays, it’s all a bit squeaky clean and overly polished, just nowhere near as funny as his early works.

Also all the characters feel over the top and cheesy, it feels dumbed down, probs to appeal to American audiences tbh.

Agree, but it's well edited, and moves quickly.

A typical Guy Ritchie movie, cartoon gangsters and dodgy aristocrats.

Could be Vinny Jones's best acting so far as the taciturn but wise gamekeeper.

I think I've finally reached saturation point with Star Wars. There was a time when I would've been made up at the prospect of a new series but Disney have mismanaged the franchise so badly since the takeover that I'm totally ground down and board by most of their new stuff. That being said, the trailer for Acolyte actually looks pretty good and the general idea of the show sounds interesting enough for me to at least give the opening two episodes a go.

First two eps of X-Men ‘97 are out. By far my favourite cartoon growing up.
