TW Mailbag - Random Rant

I know a few of you post in it quite often but to be honest I've always avoided it but I've just taken a look then and I tell you what, that Michael Kenrick doesn't half spout some crap. Actually, thats too nice. He comes across as a right tosser. Is he even an Evertonian?

In fact, I am considering putting at the top of the forums 'No Michael Kenrick type allowed'

I would have sent a message into the MailBag but seeing as though he decides what gets published, he'd no doubt get the last word.
 
The whole thing is a joke.

The link from TW was a blessed relief for me - I came across here to get my Everton fix after getting sick to the back teeth of the wailing and misery on that site. Every thread gets hijacked into Moyes out, Kenwright out, no to Kirkby etc and pointless writing in if you actually want to enjoy being an evertonian from time to time

Only thing worth reading on that site is Ken Buckleys match report (but not the comments)

I was made up when we became the official forums for TW. I had suggested it in some thread somewhere and then Dylan all but confirmed it. Next thing I know, we're the main forum. WEWT.

I still don't visit the site though :mellow:
 

Nothing worth bragging about Bruce but am assured there are plans to promote the forums further - the main idea being a box section were thread titles are published linking into here with me/dylan controlling which threads are published on the homepage.
 
That's interesting. Whenever I log-on now there always seem to be a good 20-30 members signed in, which is quite a jump from a few months ago. I assumed we had quite a few of those from TW.

Worth remembering I increased the session log-out time. (for the arcade)

Members who dont log out will be shown as online for longer than previously.
 

I dont particularly admire the sneaky snidey comments mr kenrick always, without fail, attacks those that dont agree with his agenda.

Looking around i wonder what exactly would make him happy, a situation like at man ure for instance where some fans have been alienated by the new foreign owners and have setup their own club, or perhaps the oligarch express at chelsea and the issues surrounding team management and back stabbing currently hitting headlines there.

Everton isnt perfect, but which club is? and if Everton was the epitomy of perfection, wouldnt that make being a supporter very easy and thus very boring?

Absolutely correct Suits, eg "Mr Kenrick, what do you think of EFC winning the double?", "well I've supported the club all my life and I must say we were extremely lucky, Kenwright out, Moyes out bring back Wlater Smith" he is a, what do you call it, noob(y)
 
I came here from Toffeeweb and i have to admit i thought this forum would be more of the same but i'm very glad it isn't.
I dont really post much, i prefer to read what other people have to say, especially when its done in a respectful mature (most of the time :P ) manner between fans.
As opposed to the negative immature bitching which makes up most of the Toffeeweb postings.
