1. Has anyone seen a film called "sleepers"? I got half way through last night and fell asleep, was boss though. Going to watch the other half in a min.

2. Ryan Taylor lives 5 minutes away from me, which is weird. My brother seen him coming out of the barbers the other day, and he lives on the same estate as my Auntie!!

I read the book years ago and just had to watch the film. If you havent watched it yet you in for a treat. Great film and great book based on a true story.
 
I found the film quite disturbing, and personally hard to handle being based around child abuse, and the hate that the victims hang onto...I believe as Blue Ray stated that this was based on a true story by the author Lorenzo Carcaterra
 

4 lads get sent to a juvey prison, and the guards abuse them. When the get out they seek revenge.

It's an epic to be honest. You don't actually see any "child abuse" though.
 
great film. bacon is very convincing. it must be quite old now. i must have seen it about 10 years back.

You have to watch the film to understand what happened to these kids. Yes De Niro was class in this film too. It stirs up a lot of emotions but its well made and well acted.

I wish i had a claim to fame like this. IO live next to a noisy student and a road. How i wish for someone famous to live near me. Sigh......

Another good film is "Let Him Have It" if youve never seen it. Thats a true story too.
