Uefa, Brann, perugia and marco

perugia allegedly still owe us £500k for the marco materazzi transfer, i'd like wyness to get tough with uefa and demand payment + interest on the transfer.

has there ever been a case where one club has taken another to court?

(pardon the title also, i thought it was fiorentina who took marco off us, so the tenuous link via the uefa cup would have been apt)

Surely usual company law should apply! Contracts and such surely must be signed!

That must be over ten years now, what the hell is going on!
