Agree totally. Holgate was brilliant. A little raw but took it all in his stride.

Davies too. Just looks to be enjoying himself.

I know we all want boss signings but these two have saved us a ton of cash I reckon.
Those two, and Dowell, could go on to be brilliant. The great thing is, all three of them really seem to have a good head on them and are not likely to be influenced by greedy agents (two local lads, one lad plucked from Barnsley). Give them time, break them in slowly and see what they can do.

Hate this word. What do you actually mean by that?

Clearly not. As you could see right away that he was utter toilet. And had experience already. Apparently.
Rom thought he was 'raw'.

I can only guess that he meant, 'he's got a crap touch' or 'he keeps falling over'.

It's definitely a bad insult though.

3 things I noticed last night.

1. Barry and McCarthy are not getting much game time under this regime
2. Koeman not afraid to change tactics for certain matches and make it known when he isn't happy!!!
3. The player's (mainly rom's) reaction to the Martinez news. Further proof he lost that dressing room last season.

i don't know why but I got bladded yesterday
and I can't even remember the match? was we decent?

The defence was OK. The battle for central midfield was lost as per usual, meaning the defence were put under a lot of pressure and our attack barely got a sniff.

Lukaku also thinks he's the best striker in the world.

I see 'raw' as a perfectly OK term to describe a young inexperienced player and was certainly not used as an insult there.

thankyou im still a little drunk.. but I guess if the defence
were put under a lot of pressure and we still got a clean sheet
it can't off been that bad? utd// pre season all that

Imagine being daft enough to put the effort in and paying to watch that half baked spud head stroll around a pitch for 52 minutes though. Fans ripped off being served up dross but that's sound cos der moneys go to charity.
