right . match starts in 40 mins, im starving but extremely hungover.. not moved from my bed yet !!

need some ideas on what i can eat..

needs to be tasty, not too unhealthy and easy to make !!

Simple answer there. Bacon and eggs, the best recipe for a hangover. Works for me, at least. Also easy to make, providing you've got eggs and bacon in your fridge.

Otherwise, just down a bottle of bleach, makes you forget about your hunger for a while.
 
Get a loaf of bread, a small bowl, and a bottle of Jeyes Fluid.

Pour a quart of Jeyes in to the bowl.
Dip bread in and munch.
When your eyesight inevitably fails or your liver packs in, you can neck the remaining Jeyes for an 'interesting effect'.

If you have beans in a tin and a small bottle of Tabasco sauce you could mix the two and pour over toast. It's less fun than the first option, but you might live to see the derby at least :D
 
Pasta carbonara without the cream (basically an Italian fry-up).

Tiroler Gröstl (potatoes, onions, bits of cooked meat and salami fried up together with caraway seeds with a fried egg on top):
