I've seen Patterson play.

Hpeless defender.

I'm glad Kenny played lasst night, because the last thing we needed was Patterson at RB getting steamrollered.

You actually think Kenny is better than the new kid? Ok, roiiiiggghhhhhttt.

Also, it doesn't sound like you have much faith in our glorious manahers coaching ability, if you are already consigning this young player to the scrap heap before he's kicked a ball for us?

Like I said earlier, I'll give both the new lads a chance before I write them off (even before Benitez gets his hands on them)- you can call me a bad supporter for that if you wish, seems it's your go to about when anyone disagrees with your contrarian views.

Even with this fraud managing the club, I still want us to win every game, and didn't want us to loose to Chelsea and city, unlike you, but I'm the poor fan?

….had to say I was a little concerned with him. The clips I saw suggested a pacy powerhouse but I didn’t think his Movement was good.

I also thought he was flat (boots nailed to the floor) when forwards ran at him. Didn’t like that at all.

A couple of good blocks but more negatives than positives for me. Early days, though, and wont write him off after that. I want to see him over a number of games as a traditional LB.

Stuck to his task well, expected some rustiness, pace of the game would definitely been a shock to his system, staying on for the 120 minutes when he was clearly struggling with cramp tells me he was a bit of a bite about him. Did simple things well.

I keep saying that this lad got in ahead of Zinchenko for Ukraine. I appreciate Zinchenko is one of the weakest players in the City squad but he has still played a decent numbers of games for them at LB over the last 3 seasons.

Based on yesterday though it here was very little to get excited about. Did not do well going forwards or defending. His passing was poor and he lacked pace. This kinda reminds me of when we signed Davy Klassen and he did not seem to have anything going for him as a footballer. Hopefully it is just extreme rustiness but right now I am worried we have flushed another £20m down the toilet

Zinchenko plays in midfield for Ukraine since he's a midfielder so this lads competition at international level is some other random LB.

Think Eggs you will see him a lot as it looks certain one way or another Digne will leave and also not even make the bench lilke last night.

I think the game last night was ideal for the lad to get a feel for the English game without it being quite as high of a level as a PL game. It shows him what it will be like without it being a situation like Gbamin earlier in the year where the game just passed him by.

The lad will take time to adapt but hopefully a couple more games in the cup like this one will be a good introduction as I fear he might get sent off in a PL game out of making desperate challenges

Greetings from Dynamo Kiev fan.
My few cents (pennies). In Ukrainian League there is always a winter break for almost two and a half months. One month is for a vacation and the rest is for training/getting back to conditions. I hope it won't reflect on his conditions (as all the players are kind of used to rest). Kind of strange decision to purchase him during winter. But he is strong lad, so hope he will get through it.

P.S. I assume many DK fans will follow Everton games, so good luck!
Do you rate him as a player?

Is he fast when fit?

When was his last game?

Can we please give any new players at least 5-10 games to have some sort of chance to settle (especially given the managers bizarre tactics) anyone who wants to judge a player after 1 game can put me on ignore as I have no desire whatsoever to engage in conversation with you.
