We need Sam Allardyce more than we ever did when we got him few years ago.

Let's see how Portuguese armband with manager attached takes to a Premiere league relegation battle.

Sign him and I am starting to think the unthinkable. And in a 100% genuine none hyperbolic way.
That’s actually quite funny

Like seriously, if it is him, what are the better shouts? What's Lampard ever done as a manager? Rooney? Big Dunc? Fabio Cannavaro, for God's sake. Where are the obvious good options? Our last two managers have been well-regarded multiple league, cup, Champions League winners - one of them fizzled out and jogged on, the other presided over our worst run of form in a recent memory that's mostly composed of bad runs of form.

I know we all want better, but what does a better option realistically look like right now? What good is throwing our hands up and shouting 'sack the board', 'it's a disgrace', 'where's the ambition' gonna do us before a new manager even speaks a word to the players?

Lampard is a better shout than him, as is Kovac, Cooper and a host of others. Even Dunc stuck in 4-4-2 mode would be.

If Vitor is appointed, it manifestly is not being done on footballing grounds. That should set off red flags for anyone with an interest in the long-term future of the club.

Just googled Vitor Pereira armband to try and find out what that's all about.

First thread was our forum ffs. 2013. Says it all.

We have turned him down twice before hes that good won things in the Greek league plus the Turkish league we all know about the standard of Cenk tuson FGS - He has sacked quite a lot Fanabache have sacked him twice he is unemployed fgs EFC Board get a grip - this is getting out of hand he was turned down by us before TWICE - so why consider him now FGS ...
Thnis reeks of desperation by the EFC board Moshri style ....
I share your concerns Joey.

Completely agree funny how appointing Frank Lampard or Duncan Ferguson is not a risk but apparently this guy is one despite being more experienced than both.

Took over at Munich 1860 with them two points above the relegation zone, and got them relegated. Sounds like a great pedigree for our situation.

Lampard has never gotten a team relegated.

His agent sat next to Mosh at the game on Saturday - worrying times -....
I mean yeah it's mad enough an idea it could happen but if Moshiri is risking it all on what is a no mark manager who has only managed outside of the top leagues he really has lost his mind.
