….I went on holiday abroad in January & needed one to access my horse racing/betting sites. My son-in-law downloaded Nord VPN and it worked just fine for most of what I needed.

What do you want it for? I use a free one get on torrent websites etc. But you tend to have to pay for ones which use more data

I work away from home for 6 months a year so to access UK TV . I have everything I need at home but can't take it with me and leave the missus with nothing to watch x

Nord and Express are the big daddies of the VPN world, i've used both but prefer Nords software.

If you want a free one Tunnelbear is good, gives you limited data each month so not a proper alternative but is good for browsing those naughty torrent sites that your ISP blocks

Always used tor guard. No idea if that is good or bad, but the po po have never knocked on the door asking me to explain all the films I have downloaded.

I use Cyber Ghost. Works fine. I would recommend.

I don’t think a vpn will help you with your dark web search history. Might cost you a small fortune to keep you hidden x
