Dunno about vultures, but there are plenty of ugly birds in the crowd.
 
Take players from a relegated team? Real ambition there. None of them are good enough or they wouldn't have gone done. All can rot in the championship imo.

I feel sorry for Shearer mind. Think he is a good guy and loves the club. Looked really gutted in press conference, and i hope that things go ok for him, at newcastle or somewhere else.

What an awful awful shout. Do I even have to highlight the examples seeing as half our team has been assembled from the championship, including Jagielka who was taken from a relegated Sheffield United?
 

What's the betting that in the next few days one of the tabloids does a story on Newcastle's inevitable going down sale under the title : 'Flog on the Tyne' ?
 
I bet Alan Smith now wishes he had joined us in the summer. Unfortunately we are to good a club for the likes of him.
 
Whatever happened to Patrick Kluivert up there.

Went from winning the European Cup with Ajax to doing nothing much at all on Tyneside.

Never understood that transfer.
