Want to write a story...

Has anyone else been inspired to entire the world of fiction? I was considering some type of post-apocalyptic story, you know, nuclear fallout, mass disease, world war III, something that decimates civilization.
Any thoughts?

I've been 'writing a book' since Uni.

Mainly did it to get girls. Amusingly it did occassionally work.

One day I shall finish my magnus opus and then it will sit gathering dust in a drawer under my bed.

It's right good aswell so far.

the sign of an educated leyther...... "magnus opus" quickly balanced with "right good"

i personally think you should work out a formula for a book that although expensive and rubbish will be endearing to the r.s., go through the pain barrier to compile it and include cryptic coded messages that they have to desipher, which when they did would give the following answer that they would have to input on a website for the world to see
all kopites are gobshoites, we are called the redshoite cos we are shoite, we are murdering bastardo's and our club should be disbanded immediately.
followed by name and address.
then sit back and rake in the dosh...........KERCHING !!

anyway I'll report back if I ever plan it & start it properly, if anything does come up, make sure its as harshly critical as possible, for my own good of course .
