Weaknesses of players

Just thought I would ask what you think are weaknesses of our players. I know many have exceptional strengths but what do you think lets them down

Pickford..........crosses. Doesn't control the box and stays rooted
O'Brien..........slow reactions
Myko....passing and going forward
Tarks......Pace and loses his head sometimes
Branthwaite.......Not that strong in ariel duals
Gana.......passing and shooting
Garner.......Set piece and involvement
Doucs......Clumsy, bad decisions can't head a ball
Harrison......everything really
Beto......Holding ball up
DCL........one on ones
Lindstrom........weak and cannot beat a player
Ndiaye....possibly final ball
O'Neil....Pace and no right foot at all
Young......Pace and prone to diving in and too old now

I know I have missed a good few and this is not me slating them but using my opinion on weaknesses. We will all have different opinions but look forward to different opinions

Collectively they are the worst footballing team I've ever seen play for us. There was a moment late on where Docoure and Mykolenko were interchanging on the left wing trying to unlock a stubborn RS defence, I honestly wondered if we'd ever seen two worse players, technically, in the history of the club. Then I remembered Docoure and Beto play together too. And Harrison.

I agree with a fair bit of this, some of it more than others. My view is that it would be worth adding that Doucouré has a poor first touch, whilst Beto's first touch sometimes evades him. A lot of players carry some individual weaknesses and it is up to the coaching staff and, to an extent, the players to improve on these weaknesses.

Some of these issues perhaps come and go with time. Take Calvert-Lewin for instance - in his earlier days, he was quite adept in one-on-one situations (a goal against Cardiff springs to mind), but he seemed to be experiencing some difficulty under Dyche. Maybe that was a confidence issue, but I'm just speculating there.

For a specific weakness for Harrison, I would be strongly inclined to go with a lack of end product.

Besides, we can't be expecting all our players to be perfect, since very few players are, with such players commanding hefty price tags. Fingers crossed we can build on what we have in the summer and push up the table towards the European spots, but we will need to improve should we want to get there.

Can’t disagree with most of that in fairness. Bit harsh on O’Brian like as I thought he did well against Diaz and his diving overall. He is a centre half to be honest so gets a pass from me!!!
