probably very qualified, usually employed by the met office, they have all sorts of hi-tec gear and satelites to give us the weather forecasts, once they have collated all of their information i think it would be agood idea to LOOK OUT OF THE FUKCIN WINDOW !! endlessly being shown weather maps sat views etc and being told that my weather is completely the opposite to what i can see through my window.

suppose thats the price of living in an area with a "micro-climate", makes us sound like the bloody eden project

the t1t on the beeb last night hadnt got a clue
quote, "it's not gonna be warm...............or cold, wet..........or dry, windy........nor still. so an uncertain forecast, what we do know is there will be some snow, not sure where, not sure when, but there will be some" ffs my 6 year old knew that.
