Did anyone just see Evra and Nani throwing up on the pitch?! Never seen anything like it. Wonder what that was about.

Did Chelsea poison the prawn sandwiches?!

I used to do that during my playing career - usually due to a shed load of ale the night before.....worked for me, felt much better afterwards

Heat and dehydration.

When your sodium or potassium levels go below a certain level

When players "acclimatise" to playing in warmer weather there's a huge number of metabolic and physiological changes that happen.

One is that the stroke volume of your heart increases even at rest in hot weather.

If you're not acclimatised to warmer weather dehydration can happen very very very quickly even with small amounts of exercise.

That is truly terrifying. A tribe of sub-humans so ugly they could scare a train off the tracks.

Well, Evra and Nani must have felt sick before they actually were as it doesn't just spring up on you so kudos to them for playing while feeling [Poor language removed]
