What Football Grounds Have You Played At.

Looking at the 'football grounds you've been to' thread I wondered what football grounds have you played at ?

I've never played at a 'real' football stadium (Kirkby Stadium as a kid probably wouldn't count). I had a kick around in the car park at the old wembley a few times but the best place I ever played football was on the beach in Rio de Janerio with some local lads, I was as crap as ever but it was a childhood dream come true.

I could have had the opportunity to play at Deepdale when the pitch was astro turf but i was'nt told until we arrived at the ground. Seeing that i never had my kit and boots, i missed out but did referee the second half of my teams game and recieved abuse from both sides. Never again would i referee a game, it was hard work.

sneaked into Analfield (1979) pre Goodison Derby one time with 2 mates - had a kick about and scored in the Annie Road end....

St. Andrews last year.

Playing there again in a couple of weeks with a work organised tournament. Got battered last year - expect the same again this year - the rest of the team aren't up to my high standards!!

Just a shame the Anfield Road end was'nt full of RS fans, you could have given them the v-sign in Sheedy style.

Crawley Town FC old ground, complete with mud banks, some corrugated roofing and gravel terracing.

Played there twice: Once for Crawley boy trials and again in my 20’s in a six a side competition.

Played in a charity match at The Valley 2 seasons ago. Kris Kamara called me a "jammy ****" after saving a penalty he took in my pre match warm up!

Had a few 6 a side tournaments at Upton Park aswell.

Ive played and scored at The reebok stadium- week after we beat them 2-0. Was in the away dressing room as well.

I've been a mascot at Goodison for Everton, if that counts?

I've played at Bristol City's ground and played at Manchester United's training ground.

Played in the Lancashire cup final at Blackpools ground for school about 5 years ago.
