What should the club do to VDM

Following his latest breech of club rules what action should DM take against this wayward fool

A) Should he be heavily fined and then returned to duty

B) Should he be placed on the transfer list bearing in mind his track record

C) Be offered terms to terminate his contract

D) Sacked for continually breaking club discipline rules

I would have liked a vote on this matter but that facility doesn't appear to be available
