What does every Evertonian think our best team is now.Carlo in who we trust says we have 31 players at the moment .So what do you think our best 11 is My team would be Pickford but we do need another GK ,Coleman, Keane,Holgate,Digne,Allan Doucoure,Gomes, Hames,Richardson and Bernard,Subs Virginia ,the young french lad ,Braithwaite,DCL,Siggy,Gordon,and Iwobi,

I like that we have options - not only in players, but in the positions those players could play: Holgate's best position is obviously CB but if needed he can be used as an emergency RB and DM. Rodriguez wide right or as a 10. Bernard can also play wide or centrally, as can Iwobi. Nkounkou can be cover for Digne or play in front of him allowing Richarlison to switch wings or play up front. Gordon is another great wide option. James, Richy, Doucoure, Allan, Digne and Coleman are pretty nailed on, with DCL starting the majority of matches too. Keane and Holgate (when fit) at CB with Mina as alternative option. Then rotating Bernard, Gordon and Gomes depending on how we're setting up for a particular game. Nkounkou could well force himself into that group too by the looks of it. Iwobi, Kean, Delph (until Gbamin is back hopefully) limited to options from the bench. Siggy, Walcott, Davies, Kenny only getting near the matchday squad if there are injuries. GK - yeah can't even decide who I'd pick tbh.

So it's down to Gordon / Bernard / Gomes for me...

1. Gordon and Richy free to swap wings and James as a 10

I kind of agree but that's taking Richarlison away from his best position. I actually think as a sub Walcotts pace might be useful. Not that I would be offering him a new contract.
