A Del Fiorentino ‘Gourmet’ Schiacciate - ‘Da Vinci’
Went early as this gaff normally has 30 per deep queues by midday.
Da Vinci being a fresh made schiacciate bread, filled with mortadella, burrata and pistachio pesto. Optioned for some Nduja ‘cream’ too.

Tbf prob didn’t need the Nduja as it was a bit overpowering for the rest of it.

TL : DR? Ham and cheese butty.

I have got well into the 'super-carbs' things, where bad carbs (pasta, bread, rice etc) turn into good carbs when cooled and reheated.

Anyway, had some spaghetti in the fridge along with some tomatoes and mascarpone sooooo, a quick google and smashed this out.

Easy and much better thsan the jar stuff.
