Early Mother’s Day lunch (couldn’t get a table for 3 tomorrow)

Goats Cheese Brûlée, pressed orange and feta

Devon White chicken breast saltimbocca, buttered leeks, confit chicken thigh, Pomme Anna, & truffle velouté (had ½ then had to swap with the Mrs as she preferred the look of mine so finished of her ‘Josper grilled Iberico pork cutlet, crispy cauliflower & capers with crushed potato & parsley’)

Yorkshire rhubarb souffle with rhubarb sauce & stem ginger ice cream
