Pretty evident that unfortunately for all, SD is not up to being Everton's manager, but during his tenure, when should be have been sacked?

It's an interesting topic of conversation, because as any job, a review by his peers, us the fans, will give indication to the expectations WE have of the club.

First of all, I was against a manager sacking until it came inevitable. Would have meant 10m pay off for him and his staff or a sum close to it.

I said Bournemouth last season (opened a thread for that), he reached a good enough amount of points last season then overall.

But still I saw this squad has a endless list of problems.

Kept us up against considerable odds when he first came. Kept us up with a bit to spare despite the 8 point deduction last season. Huge dose of realism needed here. Who else could come in and make those sh1te players good. If you can think of someone, then ask would we be able to get them.
