I know we have shouts of the likes of Ferguson, Unsworth and Sheedy to take over the reigns short term ( I've mentioned Royle previously ) but I just wonder what these are actually doing behind the scenes? Are any of these having a word with the players, giving an opinion to Martinez or are they just happy to stay quiet and let this slide continue? I know that some of them aren't directly involved with the 1st team but surely they speak up?

What ever is going on behind the scenes isn't good enough and hasn't been acceptable as results prove.
