I severely disagree with anyone who thinks Bilic is the answer. He wronged this football club. I don't care why kind of football manager he is or how good he is, there will always be someone who can do the same job that hasn't robbed EFC of money.
Yeah to be fair I didn't realise that was the case. Just thought he was a sick note....but I thought he looks a decent manager but probably would jib off if the going gets tough. I dunno ...... it's depressing thinking about all this to be honest!

If there was anyone decent available in the first place we would have hired them and not a manager who got a team relegated!! Stuck with Martinez until he bails ship when we sink.

*waits for a bite*

Applies to next permanent manager of Everton.
Does not apply to any interim manager.
If joint managers are announced, dead heat rules apply.

Martinez isn't going anywhere this season. We're having it tough I know but he'll be given the chance to keep us in the league and then sort us out next season! He's got a big summer on his hands with working the players hard pre season, to get em fit and firing from the off, recruitment in and out.

If next season we follow on from this and don't perform and struggle, then a change might be needed!

The only managers I would consider right now are Tuchel, but he won't stay out of a job long, he'll surely be at a club come the summer. de Boer. He's doing great at Ajax, as flexible tactics/formations and plays a good, attacking brand of football. Rangnick wouldn't be bad, a very assured German manager that did brilliantly with Hoffenhiem. Bilic. Yes, Bilic! I think he's a really good manager. And Lennon. When Moyes left, Lennon got linked with the job a lot and I admittedly wrote him off and said he wasn't good enough for us but looking at the work he's done with Bolton, it just makes you realise the job he did with Celtic, especially in the CL. The man is passionate, kicks every ball with his players. Tactically he's not bad, sets the team up to be hard to beat, to press but tries to play a good brand of football aswell but isn't afraid to mix it up either.

IF we were to get shut of Martinez cos things haven't improved from this season, then there the only managers out there that I think would do a good job and would want to manage us and who I'd want to manage us!

A relegation scrap?

Wash your mouth out.

There is no danger of us being relegated.

We have been sinking like a stone since the end of November but we are in absolutely no danger iof going down.

Leastways that is what I have read from many good judges round these parts.

And they should know :pint2:

I'm sorry mate but your wrong, there is a danger of us going down. I don't think we will but when we're in the form we are in the league and only 6 points off the drop with games against the teams below us, 2 away to Villa & QPR, then you never know, but there the games we need to win but relegation isn't impossible pal.

Alex Neil.
Top Bloke, has played with McCarthy, would require a switch to 4-1-4-1.
Sets his teams out to play good attacking football but doesn't neglect a well organised defence.
