Thats the thing. It takes time to get rid of Moyes hoof philosophy.

I want Martinez to be successful with us ,but he really needs to change tack every now and again.
His philosophy is great when we have a fully fit squad and playing without fear.

Martinez is too inconsistent for me - if Alcaraz was kept in the side tonight for his performance against Newcastle, then why wasn't Robles kept in a few weeks ago? They're both 'his' men too.

I think a lot of nonsense is spoken about tactics, as it's players that win you games, not formations. But his team selections baffle at times, and why this season have we seen the return of the predictable 'Moyes' substitutions?

I've very nearly had it with Martinez. So, as much as I love Duncan, I have a feeling that this may be a tad early in his career so I'd leave him as a first team coach and promote David Unsworth. I've just got a feeling he'd do a good job at this moment in time.

You could be wrong mate regarding Unsy. You could be spot on. You are absolutely correct though about our manager not having a bloody clue what he is doing with team selections. Proved again for what feels like the 30th time this season. Spot on point regarding Alcaraz getting picked and not Robles. Alcaraz will probably be out on Sunday due to muscle fatigue as don't forget last season he couldn't play 3 in a week without a 2 month rest
