OK, fair enough, I know who he is in terms of the stadium debate.
But I would really like to know who he is. He is described as "a qualified architect" and as a "Liverpool council specialist". So, if KEIOC are putting his ideas forward as relevant and sensible solutions, I would expect to see some kind of CV from him.
But all I can find out from a search on Google is that he was a mature design engineering student in 1998 and that he has an interest in stadium design, apart from the reprinted press releases which just regurgitate the "qualified architect" line.
So, anyone who knows:
1) if he is a qualified architect or actually a structural design engineer and what qualifications he has
2) where he has worked as an architect - and in what capacity - since he (presumably) graduated
3) how many stadiums he has designed
4) how many have been built and which ones they are
5) what is a Liverpool council specialist and what makes Mr Hughes one
