Who should replace Frank Lampard?

If the club sacks him in Feb following a poor window then his replacement also needs to be someone who will stay if we drop, and will get us back up.

As unpalatable as it may be picking someone to save us from the drop (again) shouldn't be the only criteria once relegation seems likely.
 
I hate this “but if we sacked Lampard who else would we get in?” arguement.

Not being funny, but literally any other experiences manager would do a better job. He’s never been a successful or good manager, we’re sinking under his management.
