Wierd goings on, upstairs, just connected the freeview box to the tv, No aerial lead plugged in yet so the tv displayed the freeview box test card with no signal. plugged the aerial coaxial into the freeview box and got sky sports news straight away....but i hadn't yet plugged the other end of the lead into the wall.... duh da duh duh (Twighlight zone music).

I thought we all needed fancy digital aerials (which is why I've got one) but apparently they're not needed just the lead will do. Wierd.:huh:

Its probably picking the signal up from the cable or some other part of the telly.

No but I have had the near indestructable metal alloy adamantium bonded to my Skeleton and claws...

Seriously though I think the lead was picking up the signal from the aerial which was about 6 foot above me in the loft.....
