I think it will hurt them. The players are knocking on, and injuries are going to creep in all over the show.

The fact that Shiteh will be spending about another £200million before Chelsea can spent £1 could lead them to slip up.

As for Everton. We still wouldnt be able to get the 4th spot.

I doubt it will be 2 transfer windows, it will be reduced when Chelsea appeal it. Besides it could be against European trade laws or something like that. Restricting access to employees and all that. Chelsea is a company.
