Who thinks man u will do the professional thing and beat spurs on sunday and thus open up another UEFA cup place? (hopefully for us):D

Or will the jammy cockneys pull off another suprise like against chelsea last year - and allow them to embark on another undeserved/wasted UEFA cup campaign (see last night):@

I think spurs will probably sneak it as nobody ever does us favours - what does everyone else think?

p.s Isnt it ironic that city are the only team left in the UEFA cup and they got in through a dodgy fair-play place (n) - is there no jusitice in the world today?

I somehow cant see Spurs winning this match. Manure are on a roll right now and although they can afford to drop a few points it looks unlikely. You never know with Redknapp tho. He always seems to do the business against utd.

I left utd off my accumulator as i had a bad feeling about it. Seeing as though half of spurs team are cup tied I cant see it going any other way than Utd, fingers crossed.

I think Ferguson and his cronies will be hoping for a grand slam this year. Even if they rest players, they should win comfortably: 2-0

Although he should realize they won’t be winning the FA cup, not this year! (y)

I have a bad feeling about this one. Hopefully Man Utd dont let us down.

Spurs gaining entry via that route again would almost be as sickening as City gaining entry via the fair play.

They got in because we had already took our place or we would have last year. I don't think we have a ghost of a chance for fair play this year with Fellaini in our squad. I wonder how it stands at the moment and were we are placed?

I think they will win comfortably. Manure have a lot of players trying to impress and stay in the team, im sure they will be out to prove they are good enough. I reckon 3-0 (y)

Spurs have the talent to compete (at least in attack) with Utd and they are basically at home while Utd just came off a tough mid week matchup. I think Spurs also play better when they are up against free flowing attacking teams like Utd. It should be a good match 3-2 either way. They are sort of Boro in which they their best against the top teams and for some reason stink it up against the rest.

Well then

Told you so

we won

(y)

You always win. :P

My dream is that we do to United what you did to us in 1985 when you denied us a clean sweep of ECWC/League/FA Cup. Us to win the FA Cup and you lot to console yourselves with the World Club Championship/LC/Premier League/CL. (y)

Can i ask you a question mate. Do you and fellow United fans you know rate the Carling Cup?? I ask this because many fans tend to mock the competition once they are no longer in it.

You make a good point mate compared to the other competitions the answer is no but thats only cos of the success we are having at the moment ( In the seventies for example the most important thing in the world for me was the FA Cup and the final when we beat your lovely neighbours in 1977 is still one of my most cherished moments in football)

However most people only mock the Carkling Cup when they have been knocked out

But in the big picture it is a low priority compared to the Champions league and premiership I was happy when they took the Carling cup games off the automatic cup scheme

Any cup win for me is great and I lost me voice on Sunday

By the way when your lovely neighbours beat us in the Carling Cup Final in 2003 I was suicidal
