Storm of Swords was incredible. My roommate had already finished when I was reading it last year and he got a kick out of watching my reactions to everything that happened.

The book was so good, and I think HBO did a great job of splitting this book into two seasons, as so much happens. The first two books did well as one season each, but that would not have worked for Storm of Swords. And the Red Wedding! Well even though it was changed slightly for the show (Rob's wife etc), it was still incredibly disturbing. There is more to come as anyone who has read it knows. Seeing Robs body carrying the head of his dire wolf is one of the most disturbing images I have ever seen, and just how I pictured it when I read the book.

Totally agree re; the last 2 , I was ready to put Feast down at one stage ,glad I didn't, but boy it was at least 80% pointless .
