Two-Headed Blue

Player Valuation: £100k
Hey guys, I'm Mike and I'm from the Chicago area. Been here my whole life, don't plan on leaving any time soon. I've been meaning to make an account on here for a while, just never got around to it until now, so I'm ready to drown myself in transfer rumors (Bendtner to Everton, anyone?). I'm going to be attending school in the city as well this fall (Accountancy and MIS), so that'll get me a bit closer to the soccer scene as well, can't wait to watch some matches with people that actually care. I developed an initial liking for the Toffees when Landon came over on loan, pretty much stuck ever since and I'm hoping Timmy finishes his career as a Blue. I started watching even more as a result of NBC's brilliant EPL coverage this year, so hopefully that continues as well. Why can't Everton play Chicago in a friendly, we get Spurs instead :(

Where about are you from?:
West Philadelphia born and raised
How did you find these forums?:
/r/Everton
How did you become an Evertonian?:
drawing straws
Your all-time favourite Everton player?:
Timmy whenever he sports the Rick Ross beard
Your current favourite player?:
Ross. He sometimes gets criticized for his attitude, but that's what I like about the guy.
Pineapple on Pizza, Is it socially acceptable? What are your views?:
Nah. I'm all about that deep dish. I like my pizza spicy. Pineapple just doesn't cut it.

I've never been to Chicago ever, yet right now I'm actually feeling a bit "windy"

must be last night's curry

but welcome, enjoy yourself x

Another midwesterner in the house. Welcome. But are you from Chicago or West Philly? Your OP is a bit confusing.

I love Chicago. Most of my close friends live there now and my sister is in Oak Park. I'll defo be up there in June.

Welcome to the forum from a fellow Chicagoan! Have you been to AJ Hudson's yet? That's where we Chicago Evertonians gather for matches.

'ello!!

I've been to Chicago. It's ace.

And Ferris Bueller has his day off there.

Can we be friends?

There's nothing funner than reenacting scenes from Ferris when you're in the city, I have a whole album of Art Institute parodies buried somewhere. I had a really good picture of me staring at that dotty painting but I don't know where it went.

Chicago, just channeling my Fresh Prince vibes.

Only ever been to The Globe, although I have heard about AJ Hudson's. I'll probably end up there at some point next fall. Lakeview is super close to DePaul so there's that. I also joined the Chicago Evertonians group so I'll be connected!
