Hope they do well but think the money dispute might be their downfall, I don't know what they earn but surely it must be based on what their sport generates is on par in what they earn imo I don't know whether I heard right but wanted the male fa proceed should compensate.might be wrong but not a great start to a world cup.wonder what other teams get
 
Each squad of up to 23 players will receive a guaranteed amount depending on what stage their team reaches in the tournament - Ive changed it to UK money below (All money to players goes directly into their bank accounts from Fifa, so not give to FA 1st who give it to players etc).

I think the players dispute is the FA were not offering any Bonus money at all at 1st, and were just going to let fifa's pay to each player be classed as payment from the FA, now the players want the guaranteed Fifa pay plus bonus pay from the FA that they were not going to use. it use to be something like fifa would pay the FA then the FA would use Fifa's payment to pay the players



In total i think all money (for Everything players/FA etc) has gone up 3times compared to the womens world cup 4 years ago and 10times more than 8 years ago

They've not had a great 12 months or so, France are going into it in pretty good form. Aussies at home will fancy their chances.

Ireland's first appearance at the WC but have a really hard group

Nigeria

Would be amazing to get through the group but gonna be extremely difficult. First match is the opener against the hosts. It was moved from a 40k seater stadium to an 80k seater stadium due to ticket demand. 4k travelling over from Ireland but Oz is full of young Irish guys and gals so expect it to be 60-40 or even 50-50 in terms of attendance.

Really loooking forward to it.

Both are impressive talents. This will hopefully be a coming out party for them. I have reffed matches with both Mal Swanson and Lindsay Horan long ago. I know Mal's family in passing and am gutted for her because of her injury.
