Player Valuation: £80m
Started by picking up the Director at 3.45am and just finished dropping off the film rushes at 7.15pm.

That's 15 and a half hours.

My longest day, with approx 2 hours kip on the bus back from Canberra was an 8am start, travel, overnight shoot, travel and in bed by 12.30pm the next day. Thats about 28 a half hours, minus 2 for sleeping.

I did another 26'er on a Kia commercial in Brisbane last year, 6 am to 8am the following day or something.

The best Ive heard of was a Cameraman who did 3 days straight on an epic Korean commercial a couple of years ago. He told me they'd change crews every 12 hours and it got to the point where he had no idea what he was doing, or who anyone was.

Im off to have some din-dins and maybe chuck on a movie for a 7am start, but whats the longest shift/day you've ever worked for the man?

at uni i was working the festivals, picking up litter at pheonix, V97, glastonbury, and finsbury park.

we worked right through the night picking up crap, but we had our own special area to sleep in away from the crowd.. and our own bathroom facility!

so... pheonix that year was a 4 day festival, we could get in for free during the performances, so we did. festival during the day, up all night picking up crap. in the end i was imagining litter but when i bent down to pick it up there was nothing there. i think i got 7 hours sleep in 4 days.

goes without saying it was one of the best summers of travel i had with my mates.
