Would the club be punished if...

Great idea. Piss them off more. Any other ideas ?

Quite like what @RomanReigns suggested tbh.

Only joking mind, not in favour of destruction of property or endangerment to life.

If legitimate and lawful protests piss them off, then I couldn't give a flying one at this moment in time.

Besides, I've seen other fans saying, "do a Reading." Doing a Reading can see the club punished. I was inquiring as to whether the same rules would apply outside of the stadium, and whether the club would be liable.

Well, if fan protests outside the stadium caused matches to be postponed?

The thing that angers me most about this is that I'm not even gonna bother going the match again this season. Don't see the effing point when there will literally be nothing to cheer until these shobgites decide our fate AFTER the season has ended.

There's no way they can give us more than a 10 points deduction.

So basically if we stay up by 10 points or more we are all good.

It's as simple as that.

As a club and as a fanbase we have got to fight with all our might.

We simply can't be relegated to the lower divisions. It won't just be the end of the stadium, but the end of our club as we know it.
Even an extra 10 points doesn't guarantee relegation. The very rules that put us in that position may save us, with the teams who came up being poor because they couldn't invest

Man United fans stormed the ground, smashed up doors and got onto the pitch while slashing the tires of the opposition coach and Gary Neville was making out it was all reasonable because the fans deserved better from the club.

Getting games called doesn't help the manager, the players or the club staff whom work on a matchday. It just paints our fans as mindless thugs (which is exactly what many of the media portray as us, ironically thanks to the "Greatest Evertonian" ever).

Protests should involve more shaming of the PL and the people seemingly hell-bent crushing us (and most other clubs) yet protecting their precious Sly 6. If there's one thing they can't stand it's damage to their brand, so do that by covering up all PL advertising and keep on with the corrupt banners and placards.

At this point i think we would get punished if we farted to loud. Never seen anything like what has gone on against my beloved Everton the last few months. I know we were ran really bad but we have literally being charged again for something we have already received a record breaking punishment for which is going to be changed in a few months to protect other clubs from a similar punishment and we have every single referee including var official against us every single match. They are even taking 5 minutes to analyse very obvious fouls and offsides to try their best to do other teams a favour and shaft us.

It is absolutely bonkers.

Ramp up the peaceful protests to even higher levels - it’s been a bit flat again after the run we went on and going out the league cup.

Add sueing the PL for anything we possibly can - defamation, loss of sponsorship/earnings - get the whole mess fubar in the courts and also ramp up and organise the prominent media support with Andy Burnham leading the charge.

We need to keep the protests peaceful and legal but we need to fight them a bit dirtier and smarter.

This is the case in point, the PL shrugged their shoulders but with us no doubt they’d throw the book.

Why go the game anymore to get behind your team to win for the 3 points to be taken away anyway. It's an absolute farce
