Yannick Bolasie

Panic buy at well over the odds. Typical purchase of a new owner trying to make a statement. I like him as a player, but we were robbed on the price.

Has anyone taken to Yannick ?? Really ??

To me just seems nothing like an Everton player, and im still not sure what that is.

Yep

Works hard, good influence behind the scenes (allegedly), great attitude and by a mile our most productive player until his injury. Shame we couldn't see how he would have contributed when the team's form turned in the new year

Thats defo true, mate.

We won't know how good he really is until he's back. He was definitely our most productive player before his injury but we were also playing crap.

Either-
We were playing crap because we tried to make him the main man and it effected our overall game
Or
He was the only one performing and everyone else was below par so he will be even better when he's back in a form side.

Nothing to see here, imo.

Sky just doing what sky do.
Yeah basically. They ask him what his best mate is up to and ask some leading questions-

Sky: 'is Rom a man with a plan? How determined a man is he?'
Yannick: *responds with how driven he is when he puts his mind to it*

Sky have their headline for the day during the boredom of an international break.

What's he aiming to achieve by piping up a few days before the derby?

Just keep your opinions to yourself FFS.

To think, we could've easily snagged Gabbiadini for less money.

Nathan Redmond went to Southampton for 11 million and he's better and much younger.

Redmond - 5 goals and 1 assists in 24 games + 2 sub appearances
Bolassie - 1 goal and 4 assists in 12 games + 1 sub appearance.

Redmond is ok but Bolassie is better. One assist all season is fairly awful.

Im sure Redmond has had a few chances created spurned but Bolassie laid on about 6 or 7 golden opportunities, most of them (especially the ones Romelu messedup) would've been buried 2017.

Some people don't help themselves. Redmond is ok but Bolassie is better. Redmond is younger though.

Mate, Redmond hasn't scored 1 goal. He's scored 5.

Redmond every day of the week, mate.

Almost 5 years younger, about £15 million cheaper and much more consistent.
