I cant eat if I need to go to work, I dont eat until around 2pm..
The kids are murder for breakfasts like...

The cereal bars and pancakes are their faves..

Believe it or not, no actually - eat feck all during the day - sugar laden cereal is one of my vices like

Raisin Bran Flakes for me (so voted for 'other').

I fell in love with the stuff when out in Afghan, as we sometimes ate in the Spams' cookhouse when at Kandahar. They had these little plastic pots of the stuff, so I used to stuff as many as I could in my smock, kecks etc to have later. Thankfully, the commissary at the US Embassy here in Kyiv has boxes of them so I've had them for my weekend breakfast since I've been out here.

I actually wrote to Kelloggs when I got back from Afghan and asked if they had plans to start selling it in the UK, alas they said "nope". Beauts.
